The Master Saadi

Bit of a bizarre wine from the persian grapes Samarghandi & Gorchesh. Bitter, Sour, jammy, just an absolute ride that will pair amazing with Middle-eastern cuisine. The wine was vinified in Sweden in both fiberglass and oak.
