notable tree fruits, tahini savory character, and citrus. Both varieties express minerality due to Salt Lick��s heavy limestone soils. ere��s a new
oral character that I chalk up to the earlier ripeness pick on the Sangio - 22 vs 24 brix. earlier pick paid dividends in avor, aroma, and
overall balance.
