    Merlot was 25% whole cluster, 25% crushed and destemmed, and 50% direct pressed. The Chardonnay was destemmed and lightly pressed, and the skins were added to the Merlot in an open top stainless fermenter. Manual bi-daily punchdowns. Aged in French Neutral Oak for 11 months. Racked twice.?90 cases produced.

    No additions or subtractions. Unfined, unfiltered, zero SO2.
