Hand sorted grapes were direct pressed into a stainless tank where it fermented for 19 days. Aged sur lie in neutral oak for 10 months, no battonage. Mineral, zesty, quartzine, quince, crisp. Opens up beautifully after a couple of hours. Can be decanted.?Only 90 cases produced.

No additions or subtractions. Unfined, unfiltered, zero SO2.
