100% Loire Valley Chenin Blanc
"Organic since 2012. The vines are on the top of a small hill, it's a gravel and clay soil, it's a warmer terroir but it's full exposed to west oceanic winds so it stay always fresh even in summer and the clay in the ground keeps a huge natural water reserve and supply it all summer. The chenin responds by developing more power as we find in the Layon zone, but the freshness of the wind and the under water supply keeps a strong tension, great texture and balance, the Chenin fruit is rounded, long and has mouthwatering minerality.?
