    Bright, crunchy, naturally-made Pais from Chile. Manual de-stemming. Fermentation takes place in used raul�� barrels as well as clay amphoras. Fermentation is spontaneous and natural. The fermentation process lasts around three weeks, with daily manual stirring. The wine is unfined and unfiltered.

    "Tinto de Rulo" refers to a Chilean wine project based in the Bio-Bio region, focused on producing small-batch, artisanal, terroir-driven wines made primarily from old-vine Pa��s grapes grown organically, with minimal intervention in the winemaking process to showcase the unique characteristics of the vineyard and region;?essentially, it's a collaboration of three friends creating high-quality, natural wines from ancient vines in southern Chile, often using clay amphorae for fermentation
