Source Decay is a wine made from organic wild blueberries from a single barren in Whiting, Maine, at the far northeastern tip of the U.S. The fruit itself is 100% destemmed and fermented with native yeasts. The wine sees partial barrel aging, undergoes secondary fermentation via traditional-method, and is hand-disgorged.
